Single Serve Apple Crumble

Some days there just isn’t time to complicate things, especially  dessert!

 I wanted to give you something that can be made as large or small as you want.

You only need four ingredients, and less than 5 minutes!

Single Serve Apple Crumble

1 Apple of choice (I used Honeycrisp)

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 TB Brown Sugar

2 TB Oats

Chop apple into cubes, place in microwave safe bowl and heat for 30-40 seconds.

Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar/oat mix, stir, and heat for another 15-20 seconds.

That’s it! Enjoy!

Apple Crumble

This would also be great with whipped topping, raisins, or stevia.
