Chocolate Banana Oat Bites

Ahhh Sunday, probably my most productive day of the week as I normally spend my morning in the kitchen prepping food and working on new creations like this one!

It’s been a while since I made a great snack for you all to enjoy. These are simple to make, have no added sugar, are wheat free, egg free, dairy free, and vegan friendly if using the appropriate protein powder (I used About Time Vegan Chocolate Protein). Use whatever suits your diet, these are very versatilel!

With only 6 ingredients, these little bites are soft and chewy, low in fat, and guilt-free enough that you can go ahead and have a couple at once…you’ll want to πŸ˜‰

Chocolate Banana Oat Bites

* 2 Cups Rolled Oats (I used Bob’s Red Mill Wheat Free Oats)

* 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

* 1/4 Cup Stevia

* 1/4 Cup Cocoa

* 100 grams Mashed Banana

* 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Method:

Preheat oven to 350

Combine oats, protein powder, stevia, and cocoa, and mix until blended well

Add banana and almond milk stirring until mixed well-batter will be sticky!

Drop by spoonful onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes.

Let cool and dig in! Store remaining bites in refrigerator (if any last that long)

* I made 20 smaller bites, so if you make larger ones Β note that cooking times will vary. Also, using a different protein powder can alter the taste slightly.
