I also concocted some ginger pancakes 🙂
Protein Pancakes are easily my most favorite food….any flavor…any time of day…if pancakes can be eaten, I will do just that!
This is a pretty basic recipe that can be adjusted with lots of variations.

Ginger Protein Pancakes
1/4 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 TB Stevia
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Egg Whites
2 TB Applesauce, unsweetened
1 TB Almond Milk, unsweetened
Combine all dry ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add in liquid ingredients and stir well.
Oil your pan and pour equal amounts of batter onto it (over medium heat).
Wait for bubbles to appear on top of pancake and carefully flip. Cook until done!
