Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Perfect bite-sized protein ball you can take anywhere!

I got this recipe a while ago and have changed it quite a bit to make it my own and a little more satisfying, I hope you enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I used About Time brand)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 Cup + 2Tb Gluten Free Oats
1Tb Cinnamon
Stevia to taste (optional)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (all natural)
3Tb Agave or Honey
1 Tb Almond Milk (add if mixture isn’t sticking)

Combine dry ingredients, mix well, then add last 3 ingredients.
Roll into equal sized balls (roughly 1Tb each) and place in a plastic container.
I like to melt 2 squares of 90% dark chocolate and drizzle over the tops.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
